Art. 1 The Organizer

The organizer of the competition is MILLENIUM PRO DESIGN S.R.L., a Romanian legal entity, with its registered office in Bucharest, District 1, 3-5 Piața Presei Libere St., CITY GATE SOUTH TOWER building, Room No. 1, 12th Floor, registered with the Trade Registry under no. J2011001088230, Tax Identification Number 12098582, fiscal attribute RO, registered with the Personal Data Processing Supervisory Authority under no. 24803, legally represented by ROȘCA EMIL, Romanian citizen, domiciled in Bucharest, 47C Gârlei St., Building C2-U5, 1st Floor, District 1, holder of Identity Card series RK no. 524055, issued by S.P.C.E.P. District 1 on 23.03.2020, Personal Numerical Code 168032312018, acting as administrator. The Competition shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of these Rules, which are binding on all participants. The Organizer reserves the right to amend or change the Rules, subject to the obligation to officially notify the campaign participants in the same manner as the initial notification. p>

ART. 2. PLACE AND DURATION OF THE COMPETITION

The “OBSENTUM 10 YEARS ANNIVERSARY PRIZE DRAW” Campaign shall take place from 01.07 to 31.08.2026 in OBSENTUM stores located within the following shopping centers: Băneasa Shopping City Bucharest, Afi Cotroceni Bucharest, Afi Brașov, City Park Constanța, Iulius Mall Cluj, Iulius Mall Iași, Iulius Mall Timișoara, Promenda Craiova, Lotus Oradea, Arena Mall Bacău, Obsentum Prive, Obsentum Toff Galleries Bucharest, as well as the Obsentum.com online store, all operated by the Organizer. MILLENIUM PRO DESIGN S.R.L. has the right to decide at any time to terminate the campaign. The Campaign shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of these Rules.

ART. 3. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION AND CAMPAIGN MECHANISM

The Competition is open to all natural persons who have reached the age of 18 by the start date of the Competition, namely 01 July 2026, and who are members of the Royals Obsentum loyalty program. Any purchase made by Royals members in OBSENTUM stores located within Băneasa Shopping City Bucharest, Afi Cotroceni Bucharest, Afi Brașov, City Park Constanța, Iulius Mall Cluj, Iulius Mall Iași, Iulius Mall Timișoara, Promenda Craiova, Lotus Oradea, Arena Mall Bacău, Obsentum Prive, Obsentum Toff Galleries Bucharest, as well as in the Obsentum.com online store, during the period 01.07–31.08.2026, shall automatically enter the customer into the Competition.

The prize offered by the Organizer as part of the Campaign is:

1 x luxury Explora Journeys cruise for 2 persons to the Mediterranean Sea, from 13 to 20 March 2027.

The value of the prize offered by the Organizer as part of the Campaign is EUR 10,000.

At the end of the Campaign, one winner and one backup winner shall be drawn. The winner shall be selected via Random.org on 04.09.2026, during a recorded event made available at the customer’s request, attended by the members of a committee appointed by the Organizer to carry out the draw formalities.

The Organizer reserves the right to cancel the entry of any participant who fails to comply with the provisions and conditions of the Rules or who is suspected of fraud, without being required to prove such fraud with evidence.

The authentication formalities required for conducting the “OBSENTUM 10 YEARS ANNIVERSARY PRIZE DRAW” Competition shall be completed by Lotus Professional Notarial Society, in the presence of the officiating notary public, who shall authenticate these Rules and certify the facts recorded in the final Minutes designating the winner. If the officiating Notary Public is unavailable for the draw, the Organizer shall contact another substitute notary to authenticate the relevant documents.

ART. 4. LIABILITY

Complaints concerning the prize won that are submitted after the prize has been awarded shall not be the responsibility of the Organizer.

ART. 5. TAXES AND DUTIES

The Organizer undertakes to calculate, withhold and pay the tax due on the income obtained by the winner in accordance with the Fiscal Code; any other tax obligations related to the Prize won shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.

ART. 6. DISPUTES

Any disputes arising between the Organizer and the Competition Participants shall be settled amicably. If an amicable settlement is not possible, the parties involved in the dispute shall submit the dispute for resolution to the competent Romanian courts at the Organizer’s registered office.

ART. 7. FORCE MAJEURE

For the purposes of these Rules, force majeure means any event that cannot be controlled, remedied or foreseen by the Organizer, including the Organizer’s inability, for reasons beyond its control, to perform its obligations, where the occurrence of such event makes it impossible for the Organizer to fulfill the obligations undertaken under the Rules. If a force majeure event wholly or partially prevents or delays the implementation of the Rules and the continuation of the Competition, the Organizer shall be exempt from liability for the performance of its obligations for the period during which such performance is prevented or delayed. If the Organizer invokes force majeure, it is required to inform the Competition participants of its existence within 5 business days from the occurrence of the force majeure event.

ART. 8. DATA PRIVACY POLICY

Data is protected in accordance with the legislation in force regarding the confidentiality and security of data processing.

The Organizer, Millenium Pro Design S.R.L., holds Personal Data Operator registration no. 24803 and also undertakes to comply with the provisions of Law no. 677/2001 and European Regulation no. 679/2016 on the protection of personal data. Accordingly, the Organizer undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of the personal data of the participants/winners in this Campaign and to use such data in accordance with these Official Rules and the legislation in force.

All Competition participants are guaranteed the rights provided under Law no. 677/2001 and European Regulation no. 679/2016.

At the request of participants, submitted in writing to Millenium Pro Design SRL, 3 Sulfinei St., postal code 075100, Otopeni, Ilfov County, the company undertakes: a) to confirm to the applicant whether or not it processes personal data, free of charge for one request per year; b) to rectify, update, block, erase or anonymize, free of charge, data whose processing does not comply with the provisions of Law no. 677/2001 and European Regulation no. 679/2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data; c) to cease, free of charge, the processing of the applicant’s personal data.

Each participant has the right to request removal from the database of Millenium Pro Design S.R.L. by sending such a request to 3 Sulfinei St., postal code 075100, Otopeni, Ilfov County, and the Organizer undertakes not to disclose personal data to third parties, except to the direct marketing operator of Millenium Pro Design S.R.L., where applicable, and except where the Organizer is required to comply with obligations imposed by the legislation in force.

For all processing operations related to this Competition (collection, notification of winners, awarding of prizes), the winners express their explicit and unequivocal consent by entering the Competition. For any subsequent processing by the Organizer, Millenium Pro Design S.R.L., the personal data shall be anonymized and stored exclusively for statistical purposes.

If the participant has expressly consented to the storage and subsequent processing of personal data by the Organizer (or its Processor), such operations may be carried out by the Organizer until the data subject withdraws consent, namely until a telephone request is made at (+40) 31 225 25 25 (standard-rate number) or a written request is submitted to Millenium Pro Design S.R.L. at its address in Bucharest, District 1, 3-5 Piața Presei Libere St., CITY GATE SOUTH TOWER building, Room No. 1, 12th Floor, requesting the erasure of personal data, in which case the Organizer shall erase such data without delay.
