The Parfums de Marly fragrance house intends to revive the noble spirit of the King Louis XV period. The passions of a king were perfumery and racehorses: the two main inspirations of Parfums de Marly. The name of this fragrance comes from an Arabian horse, Darley. As its exotic nature, the elixir is an amalgam of igredients. The debut is citric and refreshing offered by bergamot, lemon and mint which intertwine with the bouquet of roses, orange blossoms, lavender, all sprinkled with a touch of cinnamon. The base remains true to its origins and has an oriental vibe given by the combination of santalwood, Guaiac wood, patchouli, amber and tonka.
